HOW TO ORDER?
Just click on "CATALOGUE" on the website and browse through our collections: City, Folk, Round, S-Cool or Slon. Choose the handbag you would like to order and click on the "Add to shopping bag" button. All you need to do is fulfill your name, address and choose, if you want to pay either via Bank Transfer, or via PayPal. You don't need to register to place your order. You will receive an e-mail with confirmation of your order, so type in your e-mail address carefully. On our website you can also search handbags by choosing offer for man or for women and by colour.
HOW CAN I PAY?
While placing your order, choose if you want to pay either via Bank Transfer, or PayPal. As soon as we receive your order, we will confirm via e-mail, that the handbag you choose is already reserved for you and we will send you money requests (via bank transfer or PayPal, depending on your choice).
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
All bags ordered on slontorbalski.com are shipped via UPS. We will inform you with tracking No by email as soon as your order is shipped out.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs will be automatically added to your order and it is 8 euro. Please note, that these costs are valid only for European countries. If you live outside Europe please contact us in order to calculate shipping costs individually. Thank you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship all orders within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). Estimated arrival time depends on the distance. It usually takes about 4 days to deliver in the EU.
